Everything you submit must be correct and complete, and you must be entitled to share it. Our guidance is only as sound as what you give us.
No promised result
We offer guidance and introductions. No result is guaranteed, including any reply, offer or set of terms from a funding source.
Fees
Sending a request is free. If you want us to do further work, we first agree it with you in writing. What outside capital costs is decided by the provider and shown in the provider's own documents.
E-signatures
A signature you enter on our form electronically counts the same as ink on paper. You also agree we may send notices to you in electronic form.
Communications
Sending a request means you consent to calls, emails and text messages from us about it. Carrier rates may apply to texts. Reply STOP to any text and we will stop texting you.
Liability
As far as the law permits, Apex Business Solutions will not answer for indirect or consequential losses tied to this site or our guidance. For any one claim, our responsibility stops at the amount you paid us for the work concerned.
Governing law
