Privacy notice: how Apex handles what you send
Here is what Apex Business Solutions gathers through this site and its request form, why, and the options open to you.
What the form gathers
The request form asks for the following.
- Business details: company name and address, tax ID, industry, revenue, and how long the company has operated.
- Owner details: each owner's name and home address, plus date of birth, Social Security number, ownership share and an estimate of credit standing.
- Uploaded bank statements.
- Electronic signature, typed or drawn by you to authorize the request.
- Visit logs: automatic server records such as visit times, pages viewed and browser type.
The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
What we do with it
We read it to assess your request, to write our findings, to spot gaps in the file, to verify who you are, to reply to you, to keep our records in order, and to guard the site from abuse.
Who sees it
Your details are never sold. A third-party funding source sees your file only after you ask us for an introduction. Companies that host our systems or support our operations can process data for us, bound to keep it protected. Where a law or a court demands disclosure, we comply.
Retention
Request files stay with us while we serve you and while tax, legal and record-keeping rules call for it. When that ends, we erase them or strip out what identifies you. Visit logs are held for a shorter span.
Protection
Access is limited to staff who need it, and stored and transmitted data is protected with technical safeguards. Nothing online is perfectly safe, so send only what the form requests.
Your options
You can ask to view, fix or erase your information, or ask us to stop getting in touch. Legal duties may require us to keep certain records. To make a request, contact us as described on Reach us.
Updates
A revised notice will appear on this page together with its start date.
